11 11 11

This is a movie that comes out in 2011. And yes, it is what it stands for: November, 11, 2011. This is a very unusual date because on this day the 11th hate of Heaven will open and something from another world will be on the Earth for 49 minutes. Well, that just sounds creepy, doesn't it? I wonder where it will be and why. Let's look on the bright side, atleast it's not from the gates of hell. It does sound like a good movie though.

Another Funny Prank Video!

Here's another funny video. Watch it and tell me what you think!

Halloween Origin

So where did this fun holiday really come from?  Well, Halloween, as we all know is celebrated on October 31st, is a mix of ancient Celtic practices Catholic and Roman religious rituals and European folk traditions that blended together over time to create the holiday we know today. To some people, Halloween is a time to dress up and have fun but to some people it is a time for superstitions, ghosts, goblins and evil spirits. It used to be a holiday honoring the dead and was referred to All Hollows' Eve and dates back to over 2,000 years ago. Halloween has long been thought of as a day when the dead returns to Earth and ancient Celts would have bonfires and dress up in costumes to scare off these roaming spirits. The Celtic holiday of Samhein, the Catholic Hallowmas period of all Saints' Day and All Souls' Day and the Roman festival of Feralia all influenced the modern holiday of Halloween. Halloween began to lose its religious connotation in the 19th century and became a community-based children's holiday.
So however you celebrate Halloween, make sure you make the most of it and have fun because it only comes once a year.

Halloween Pranks!

I LOVE pranking people on Halloween and even though it's not Halloween yet, I think it's pretty close enough to post some Halloween Pranks videos up. They are so funny! I'll be posting them from now until Halloween. Enjoy! And don't forget to prank someone on Halloween!

The Underground Vaults in Edinburgh,Scotland

For more than 200 years the underground vaults reamined untouched, trapping the apparitions underground. The vaults were discovered about 30 years ago under Scotland's capital and are named one of the most haunted places in the world but for a very good reason.
These vaults were used as cellars, workshops and residences by local business owners who needed easy acccess to Edinburgh's South Bridge. However, a lot of water and waste management issues forced the wealthy residents to abandon the area.
After that, the vaults became a protection from danger for Edinburgh's homeless and a breeding ground for the plague. (ugh, how disgusting!)
There's a rumor that the murderous body snatchers Burke and Hare stored corpses in the vaults before handing them over to Infirmary Street teaching hospital. ( CREEPS!)
Below is a  very......interesting picture of the vaults

Doesn't that just look exciting?! I would totally go check it out if I were you.
You can take a tour for about $13 a person depending on the company.

The Bell Farm

Between the years of 1817 and 1821, the Bell family was terrorized by some sort of entity, who is said to be a woman known as "The Bell Witch", or more personally, "Kate". She is said to have tortured the father of the family, John (who suffered from a nervous system disorder), so much that it led to his unalterable death. He was unable to sleep or get better and the ghost's pranks only made his condition worse. Supposedly, it is also said that a vile with a strange black liquid in it was found at John's deathbed and that Kate herself claimed to have given it to him. In order to test the validity of the liquid, a drop was tested on a cat's tongue and instantly the animal died. There are many theories and exaggerations to this story, but no one knows for sure what really went on the farm in those three years. A family and a community were terrorized by some kind of entity, and many still believe that Kate's up to no good.

The Amityville Horror

On November 13, 1974, six members of an Amityville, New York family were killed by one of the family's sons, Ronald Jr. Defeo. In his legal defense, Defeo claimed that demonic forces in the home drove him to murder. (sure...whatever!) The new owner of the home at 112 Ocean Avenue claimed a variety of paranormal activity. Later, the story was turned into a best-selling book and movie. However, the supernatural events were never proven and Defeo's lawyer says the story was a hoax.

Fort Worth,Texas- Castle Brought from England

Apparitions of a man have been seen. They say a man bought the castle for his bride to be. The wedding was supposed to be held in the castle but on the wedding day, the bride was found floating in the lake. No one knows for sure if she died accidently (maybe by falling?) or if foul play was involved. A few months later the man married the dead woman's sister. Now, at night, the bride can be seen running from the house, towards the lake before disappearing. A little piece of history is that the castle was originally an 1860s rock farmhouse that was purchased in the 1920s by the Whitings. They did extensive repairs on it. The castle has seen many owners after that. At point, the place was vacant for a long period of time and was in such bad condition that it was on the verge of being destroyed. However, it is now occupied and restored.

Roosevelt Middle School in Elizabeth, New Jersey

On the third floor of the Roosevelt Middle School that the hallways and the boys' bathroom is haunted by a boy around the age of 13. He supposedly committed suicide both from problems at home and school. Students have said that when they walk into the bathroom they feel a cold wind. Even late night staff have reported that the bathroom door has been seen open after they have locked it. The little boy is said to haunt the hallways every January 12 because that is said to be the day he died. Wow, wouldn't you want to go to that school?

Lavalette, NJ- The Murder House

Eighty years ago, a middle- aged sea captain purchased a large house on the boardwalk facing the ocean. According to legend, the man bought it for his younger wife. She was only eighteen at the time. A few years later, the captain made his first voyage and he never returned again. It is said that his young wife would spend countless nights on the widows walk waiting for her husband to return. One freezing morning in January, exactly two years after he had left, her body was found frozen on the widows walk. To this day, she can be seen standing on the widows walk still waiting for her beloved husband to return home.

This is so heartbreaking to read. She must have really loved him so much. It's a love story gone wrong.

Paranormal Activity 2

I really want to see this movie! This movie looks like it's gonna be really good and it comes out on October 22. Great Halloween Night movie. Here is a teaser trailor:
Paranormal Activity 2

Hickory Hills (The old slave house), Junction, Ill

The Hickory ill mansion was built in 1842, by a wealthy man, John Hart Crenshaw, ho owned several salt tracts. It was illegal to own slaves, but it wasn't illegal to lease slavs to work in the salt mines at this time. Crenshaw imprisoned slaves; some were kidnapped. He kept them in the attic in narrow cells and manacles. For years, he brutally tortured and abused these slaves. What an evil man! Well, thats not the worst he did. He even "bred" his own slaves! What a creep! Fortunately for them, he was found out and retired to become a farmer.

In the 1920s, the house was opened to become a tourist attraction. Tourists began to report that they heard sounds of crying and moaning coming from the attic. They also felt cold chills and have heard whispers. The worst is yet to come; shortly after the house opened, a ghost hunter named Hickman Whittington went to the attic and spent a few hours there. Although he was in perfect health, he died a few hours after leaving.

Hundreds of people have tried to spend the night there but have left feeling terrified before morning. Currently, the house Hickory Hills mansion is owned by the state of Illinois and is scheduled to open as a historic site ( is hasn't re-opened to visitors yet.)

My Soul to Take

I really want to see this movie! It's in theaters Friday, October 8th. I love scary movies so this movie is a must-see.

.My Soul to Take

Thornwood Castle

Thornwood Castle is located in Washington, in the city of Lakewood. Today it serves for a popular bed and breakfast, perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The construction began in 1908 and was completed in 1911. Most of the unique architecture came from England because the owner, Chester Thorne, wanted to ensure that the home was built to hold against time and weather. As time went on, many who came to know this home inside and out believe that this seems to be a gateway to the spiritual world.

People who visit this American castle say that there is a sense of peace and calm that seems to come out of the walls themselves. If seems as if this building is a fortress of spirit and positive life energy. No matter where you go in the castle there seems to be no evil presence lingering here. Many claimed that they have experiences intelligent hauntings where spirits want to communicate with the living. There even seems to be angelic presences that appear to want to protect the building, as well as all those who enter the property and the building.

So this is a different type of haunting. Nothing too dramatic or scary. Just....well....peaceful and good.
Below are some pretty cool pictures of the Inn:

This Inn seems to be very romantic and beautiful. And very peaceful. Speaking of, here is also a photo of an angel seen in the building.
Now, how cool is that?! When you go there, not only do you get a very lovely and romantic place to stay, but you also get comfort and a protector.

Preston Castle

Today I'd like to do a castle. I think castles are really cool and they can also be really haunted; which is even better.

The Preston Castle is located in Ione, California. It was built in 1890 and was created to reflect the architectural style which is commonly referred to as "Romanesque Revival". This castle was originally referred to as "The Preston School of Industry". During the time in which it was built the community saw the need for a place where juvenile, offenders to the law could be placed, with the purpose and intent of rehabilitation. Construction was completed in the year 1894. About this time the first offenders walked through the doors and spent their time in this large structure. The Preston Castle was the most well known reform school. When it opened, electricity was not even present because of this high structure. A year later, however, the luxury came through a means of a water wheel which produced minimal but enough lighting for the residents of the facility.  Around 1960, the staff decided it was time to move on from the castle because of it's tremendous deterioration.

Through the years, there have been several types of hauntings. For instance, there is a special cemetery used for people who passed away during their time in Preston. The cemetery only holds about twenty three single graves, however, there is known to be spirits lingering around this area. There have been people who sense strong emotions and coldness while on these grounds. There are also other strange events that have occurred in the castle such as strange noises, unusual smells, voices, intense emotional states, and even full body apparitions have been spotted in this haunted American castle.  It is also believed that many of the spirits lingering in the castle are highly intelligent which makes this one of the scariest places on Earth- especially at night! Below are pictures of the Preston Castle then and now:

Underworld 4 Movie Trailor

If you are a fan of Underworld you must see this! Click on the link above

Attention All Underworld Fans!

For all you Underworld fans, like myself, there is an Underworld 4 coming out in January 2012! Supposedly there is a big surprise awaiting us in the movie. Ever since Viktor killes Selene (who was pregnant with Lucian's baby) vampires and werewolves have been at war ever since. Fast forward to modern day, where Lucian performs experiments on people in hopes of creating a vampire/werewolf hybrid. Thats's where Michael Crvin come in. Lucian succeeded, with the help of Selene, of turning Michael into a hybrid. Of course, Michael and Selene fall in love. Now, the rumor that everyone's been talking about is that in this new upcoming movie there is a baby. Yeah, they think that Selene and Michael are going to have a baby. But no one knows for sure, that would be a hell of a surprise though.
Well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I can't wait! January 2012 seems forever away!

Vampires and Werewolves!

Well, today is Friday and that means it's Vampire/Werewolf Night! Im a big fan of vamps and werewolves so this post really is exciting!
First of all, what are vampires and werewolves? Are they mythical or true? Many people have different beliefs about if they're true or not. But even if they are not true, it's still fun to read and hear about stories. Even movies make them hard to not believe in them because they seem so realistic on the big screen. So many stories have so many different views of how a vampire looks like and how they act. Same thing with werewolves; some are shown as men that turn into big demonic dog-like creatures and some show them as men turning into the same thing but not as fierce and gruesome. For instance, take the movies Twilight and Underworld; they show two different opinions on how vamps and werewolves look and act. While Twilight shows them as kind of less fierce, Underworld, on the other hand, shows them with more detail and more agressiveness. So what's your opinion of werewolves and vamps? Let me know....I'd really like to hear what YOU have to think. Also, let me know who you like better: VAMPS or WEREWOLVES?
